Kniteforce

Below are KF001 – KF060, KFLP01 – KFLP08 and KFSE01 – KFSE04. All zip files contain the tracks in MP3 format, and artwork as jpgs. The files vary in size depending on the release. Each 320 MP3 is around 15meg. So a 4 track EP is 60meg, roughly. You can work the rest out for yourself I reckon! If you encounter problems with downloading any of the files, or with the zip content, please contact me at:-

Sometimes a track will appear multiple times in the discography. For example, The Trips “The Erb” was released on KF010, and also on the flip of KF015R, and appears again on one of the Ancient Sound Of Hardcore albums. In cases such as this, the track is ONLY in the earliest released catalogue file, so for this track, thats KF010. This saves you repeatedly downloading the same track. This also means that the later albums, which were repress albums, only have the tracks that were exclusive to that album in the zip files. Its a little complex, but it makes sense in both download times, server space and convinience for me!

Lastly, all these files are given to you freely with no obligation. Many of you will have bought the vinyl, or paid for the tracks in the past in some way. Inside the zip files, PC users will see some Mac only files. These files are invisible on the Mac (which I used to put the zip files together), and should be ignored! They don’t do anything, and are nothing to worry about :o)

Below are some of the Represses that came out on Kniteforce. They are in release order. The KF001Original Repress label was only used on a very short run, from the original Kniteforce presses, back in the mid 1990’s. The KFCL catalogues were pressed by Mos Music Machine a few years later, but are official represses. The RKF titles are recent (2006) represses. There are some missing – if you have good quality scans of them, please email them to luna-c@kniteforcerevolution.com They only need to be 250×250 pixels in size.

• This is absolutely in the spirit of true hardcore to give all these classics away for people to enjoy. I already own a lot of these on vinyl, they are all 100% classics.

  I thank you for what you have done for the scene and are still doing, bringing in new sounds, new talent and not sticking to any rules other than to be original and great.

  I truly believe you have never received the amount of respect in this scene that you deserve other than from a few dedicated followers.

  Just know that there are people out there that still love what you are doing.

  I can’t thank you enough for the hours of joy your tracks have given me over the years, “EKO – Renegade rewind” is a stomper, The “before Bang! version of shooting star” is beautiful and “Take me away” is an absolute anthem as you know. • Thanks sooo much for giving all this away for free… I thought I’ll never get my hands on a complete collection.
  But I have a question about release dates (and hope anyone can answer).
  I’m currently tagging what I downloaded here (as I like to have complete info in id3), and some releases seem to step out of line, at least according to discogs.com…
  Order in discogs info:

  KF001-KF012: 1993
  KF013 : 1995 (!?)
  KF014-KF015: 1994
  KF016 : 1993 (!?)
  KF017-KF030: 1994
  KF031-KF039: 1995
  KF040-Kf047: 1996
  KF048 : 1997
  KF049 : 1998 (!?)
  KF050-KF053: 1997
  KF054-KF060: 1998

  Are these dates (especially the ones I marked (!?) ) correct?
  Additionally they don’t have a release date for lp03.. does anybody remember when this was out?
  Any info welcome ;)

• Having probs with KFLP06, only DJ Evil ‘The Real’ is in the zip file, still a wkd tune tho’…Yakes!!

  I remember going to a Kniteforce night at Labrynth in Dalston sometime in 1994, might have been summer time… by all accounts t’was a wkd night :)

• On KFLP03 1000 Samples Vol. 1 it appears to be missing a track.

  I’m not sure as i can’t read the back of the sleeve and Discogs doesn’t have a more detailed picture, but i think we are missing “Vocal Drops 1” as it starts on number 2 and there isn’t a track called vocal drops on it’s own.

  Two days after i had finished downloading the tunes i still couldn’t believe it! Old Skool was around as i was growing up, but i was too young for clubs like Sterns etc. I have a few of these on vinyl as i’ve collected along the way over the years but now you have blown it wide open for us all who have CDJ’s too :) Keepin’ the Old Skool Sound Around!!

• wow this site is fuckin awesome dude. i nearlly passed out when i realised what exactly i was lookin at!!!luna-c i got loadsa your realeases from way back when on 12” whichi still spin 2day.
  i started to download your kniteforce back cat from vol1 but for some reason i cant extract any of the files when downloaded. my pc just says the file is either damaged or broken. please help luna. im knockin on the gates of oldskool hardcore heaven and im bein told to fuck off and listen to clubland tv (my definition of hell btw)
