Visitors Map

Hey everyone!

Above is a map of the recent visitors to the site. The green shows how many and where from, the darker the green, the more visitors. I thought I would post it because it shows how crazy the world is. People have visited from a lot of countries, from the UK – Africa, Japan, New Zealand, Russia…crazy huh? Anyway…just thought you might like a little look. But its not the reason for the post. Lets see…Updates!
I have added Into The Music to the LAB04 release zip in the Other Labels section, and also the vocal version of Feels Like Heaven to Breed08. Both of these files were supplied by Karnage – thanks for that. I have been going through the whole site adding and fixing things…I added an Ambient mix to the Mixes section, a few of the old KFACDX releases to the Dubs & Unreleased section, and I have also updated the Kniteforce Digital label. Whew…
The KFD catalogue is up to 5 already. 1-4 is ready for download with artwork, and 5 will go up soon, maybe later tonight. The first 5 are made up out of the better KFACDX releases from the old site, and new bits and bobs. KFD06 is coming too, I am just working through the releases now.

I have been busy in the studio, and the latest 2 tracks I have done…well, I am very very pleased with them. They are sounding so good, and I feel like I have found “my sound” again. I wanted to make Supaset 9 in a Kniteforcey sort of way. Stab patters, vocals, pianos and samples. Less silly…I know the FM sets are very popular, but even I get tired of the silliness sometimes. The latest 2 tracks are solid hardcore, and I reckon they bridge the gap between old skool and new skool in a way that I haven’t been able to do before. Both are fast, 170 / 175 bpm. Both have breakbeats with solid kick drums. Its been a while since I felt so happy with the tunes I am making. Its a different feeling to, say, an FM track. They are great fun of course, but it is no challenge to me to do this, and they are not tracks that rest on my ability to make music. Rather, they are exercises in cleverness with other peoples music. I dont think I am being very clear with my explanation lol, but anyway, I am happy and thats al I have to say right now. I will put one of the new ones on the next Podcast, so you can see what you think, and let me know!

And, I have FINALLY sent off KFA46 to be cut. So today has been a good day.

A big thankyou to Shaun Weston, Tom Comyn and Hannes Fertala for the recent donations. Very much appreciated, and glad you like the site so much!

Right, thats me done for now. I am knackered, and I am going to go eat some yummy food before settling down to the tracklist for Podcast 4, which I need to get on with as I am visiting the UK for a week at the end of January so wont have time to do it when I get back and this is the longest sentence ever and I dont have any more to say and goodbye for now!

Yeah, that’s how the internet works! XD, people are from all over.

Anyway, I’m going to be one of the few who wants the record and lives in the USA. I’m not a DJ, but I want my first vinyl purchase to be special :)

Hopefully you can let me know how much and to whom I should send the money. Thanks!
