Updates!

Hi Everyone,

Okay, agter saying I would blog more, I then didn’t lol. I am sure you regulars are falling off your chairs in shock, eh? Well. There it is. Anyway, here I am now, blogging away!

There are lots of really exciting things happening, but unfortunately I dont want to publicise what they are yet. So its not that I haven’t been doing much, is just that the much is yet to be seen!

I have been working on my book – thats going well, although I have reached parts that involve contracts etc etc and I really wish I still had copies of the Smart Es contract, or could remember that stuff. But I haven’t and I dont. I guess with my useless memory anything I write about my past is going to be at least 50% fiction, ha ha.
I will be working on the next podcast in a few days, so that should be up next week some time.
Also, I have not updated the MP3s for a reason. I uploaded a whole bunch, then Bexxie and I decided we want to redo the website, and maybe move it to another server or whatever it is (she knows, I dont lol). If I upload more content now, its just going to make it more effort to move things about later. So I am going to leave that for the moment, and see what happens with the new site. Its going to be a couple of months at least, of course. So, errr, sorry about that.
The entire catalogue, including KFA, is going on sale via itunes and other MP3 stores. People have asked why I am putting them up if I am giving them away for free anyway? Well, the KFA’s have never been free, so they are worth putting on these stores. Also, some people prefer to pay for music (I know, its a shock) and others are unaware of this site, so they might as well be there, you know? And also, it stops anyone else trying to sell them, not that its likely, but if you are not visible, people think you are not there and things like that can happen. So its precautionary.

Speaking of Bexxie, she had just launched her new DFA site. Go check it out, its:-

And there is also a competition – win some vinyl! go here:-

Nice one,

Good to hear the back catalogue is going up in the mp3 stores! I’ve noticed recently that stores like trackitdown and drum ‘n’ bass arena are starting to fill up with some of the old classics, very pleasing indeed.

Can you tell us which stores you are planning to upload to other than iTunes?

You know what would be awesome, a program where you give it a directory of crappy vinyl rips that you’ve picked up from torrents, and it goes away and finds the mp3s to buy on various online stores. Then you enter your credit card details, hit go, and you end up with a folder full of high-quality mp3s with all the right tags and album art. I wonder if such a thing exists…

I think you should re-name ‘blogging’ to ‘slogging’ or ‘flogging’ as its always a bit of an effort for you huh? hehehe

THIS IS THE BEST NEWS I’VE GOTTEN IN FOREVER. I’m so happy! Finally, the denizens of iTunes may experience kniteforce, the DFA site is up, and a book apparently!
